Publicist Lynn Tesoro of Zac Posen slap-down fame has filed a lawsuit against Jalouse magazine's Jennifer Eymere in the amount of $1 million for "assault, battery, emotional distress, slander and/or libel." Eymere not only smacked Tesoro in front of witnesses, she also bragged about it to Women's Wear Daily, claiming "Now you know you don't f--k with French people." In the words of our sister site, we're seriously hoping Eymere's legal documents include the phrase "Now you know you don't f--k with New Yorkers." [Racked NY]
