"Everybody chill" is a welcomed message in the midst of the Fashion Week flurry, which could be why Rachel Roy remains a favorite designer for so many. Her Spring 2013 presentation advocated bringing the vacation mindset to your life with easy silhouettes and bright pops of tangerine, pink, and purple. The most stunning looks were the also the most easy-going ones: Wide-legged trousers in a water-colored poppy print, a free-flowing maxi bedecked in a hummingbird sketch, and the loose satin pants with doily-like cut-outs. See the whole collection after the jump.
