Britney Spears is Not a Believer in Kim Kardashian, Sometimes Wears Kanye West Boots

Magazines might exhaust the popstar canon for their covers by the time winter rolls around, but not before the one and only Britney Spears gets in on the action. She's looking totally pulled together on the front of Elle's October issue and the cutesy "Britney!" scrawl on the cover harkens back to her '90s era when she was definitely still a girl and not yet a woman. It all reminds America why we loved Britney, bitch, but should another reminder be needed, here's how she feels about Kim Kardashian:

"I love my jeans and my sweats-I'm really just a tomboy at heart. So it's really hard for me to be like Kim Kardashian and be makeup-and hair-ready every time I go out of my house. I'm not a believer in that, you know? On the other hand, when you do wear those sweats, you're like, Oh God, I should step it up a notch."

Amen to that, but she's looking awfully whimsical in Kanye West boots in this picture, so she might want to be more careful who she knocks.
