Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Now that New York Fashion Week is winding to a close are we're all pretty much agreed that nothing very exciting happened on the digital front this year, we'll soon be directing our attention overseas to London Fashion Week. There, the Topshop Unique show, which is always a hoot in itself (particularly when this happens) will be even more captivating this year, since those tuned into the brand's website will be able to customize looks right as they come down the runway.

According to a press release from the brand, Facebook is responsible for the magical technology. A camera button will sit to the right of each look as its hits the catwalk, and viewers will be able to snap a shot of it and, of course, share it. They'll also be able to change the colors of the accessories and clothing, and pre-order the merchandise with those specifications. As a bonus, the delivery will arrive three months before it would in store. You'll also be able to buy the makeup and music, too, so pretty much, everything but the model.

The show will take place on September 16th at 10am EST, so plan on taking an early lunch that day.
