Gap Inc. announced today the company has named Rebekka Bay creative director and executive vice president for Gap Global Design, WWD reports. As you may recall, Gap has been creative-director-less since 2011 when the company kicked Patrick Robinson to the curb. Bay comes to Gap Inc. from COS, a Hennes & Mauritz-owned brand, where she has been creative director since 2006.

Interestingly, she's not the only exec Gap is poaching from H&M in their revamp efforts: as previously reported, H&M's former head of global sales Stefan Larsson is coming on board as president of Old Navy. Both Bay and Larsson officially being their new posts in October.
