Despite Buckingham Palace's requests that publishers not print those photos of Kate Middleton sunbathing topless while on vacation with her husband, a handful of outlets are going ahead with the pics, anyway. Originally published in French magazine Closer, they've also been picked up by Italian magazine Chi and the Irish Daily Star. The New York Times reports that British publications are "respecting an informal agreement between the press and the royal family," however, and, so far, none have re-printed the photos.
