Rihanna's Twitter is on the fritz these days most days, so while she appears to have already deleted the 140 character announcement of her second Vogue cover, the internet didn't miss a beat. According to The Cut, it read, "It's a big day for me!!! I'm shooting my SECOND AMERICAN #VOGUE COVER and it's with none other than thee Annie Leibovitz again! #VogueLife." See you in December, RiRi.
