Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Cheerleaders of all things fun, fearless, and sex, Cosmopolitan, has debuted a new accessories and intimates line created in partnership with on-the-fritz department store, JC Penney. It includes—predictably—lingerie, shoes, and bags rendered in tons of leopard print, a serious dose of snakeskin, and various other faux-animal products. Prices are super accessible, falling below $40 for shoes, under $60 for bags, $15 bras, $9 panties, and $12 pajamas. But as the magazine's new EIC reminds us, good sex is free.
