Using several layers of language identification algorithms we won't even pretend to understand, New York-based social media agency Whispr Group has identified the most popular designers, trends, and hashtags associated with the still fresh-in-the-mind NYFW.
The design winners aren't entirely surprising. Number one, Victoria Beckham, showed at NYFW for the first time. She's also a former Spice Girl and rocked at the London Olympics Closing Ceremony weeks before, which proves the age-old adage that "If you dance on top of a mini-cooper with your '90s girl group in front of the entire world, the internet will love you." Marc Jacobs, number two, had Leandra Medine of the Man Repeller hosting his livestream, and number three, Diane von Furstenberg, surprised with Google Glass' appearance on her runway. Still the sheer numbers are pretty impressive.
