A Floridian lawyer described by the Miami Herald as a "fashionista" in 2007 has filed a class action lawsuit against Forever21. Carolyn Kellman is suing for breach of contract, unfair and deceptive practices, and unjust enrichment, based on a May 30 return of $14.46 black shorts in which she only received $14.45 back. A similar transaction occurred when when she returned an $11.57 skirt on July 13 and Forever credited her with $11.56. Never underestimate the power of a penny. [Stylelist]
