Shark Week manis are fun and all, but the Spring 2013 runway shows officially kicked off yesterday, which, among other things, means Pinterest is getting a fresh influx of nail art. For the next 10 days, you can say goodbye to DIY polish and hello to designs of the high-fashion variety. So far, the colored-French mani is leading the trends, with metallics (like the ones above from Erin Fetherston) coming in for a close second.
