Camo Goes Girly at Lela Rose

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

A few scattered trousers and dress shorts made their way into Lela Rose's Spring 2013 collection, but, let's be honest, this is a designer for the girly girls out there. Dresses are what she's best known for, and dresses you will find aplenty. We especially loved Rose's updated take on camo, which has been reinvented in a million iterations over the past few season. Here it's fun again in tropical blues and greens and lavendar and black. Lace was another theme of the day, adorning many a sheath and even a pant or two. Click through to take a gander.
