Rachel Roy is turning 39 and for her birthday she wants water. A lot of water. Specifically, she's asking you to donate to her Charity: Water Campaign, which provides clean agua to rural areas in need. And as for what she's going to wear on her big day, "I like the idea of the birthday individual standing out and looking a year wiser and a year more lived and hopefully because of that, smarter.
