Joanna Coles, Cosmopolitan editor newb (formerly of Marie Claire), has signed on for an appearance on a new CBS's reality show "The Job," in which contestants will vie for an editorial assistants role at the mag. Coles explained the decision like so: "I knew I'd be changing staffs and I'd have jobs." [WWD]
