That ambassadorial appointment that Anna Wintour definitely, definitely didn't want isn't going to her anyway: The Times reports that the ambassador to Britain job, which she was gunning for depending on who you ask, will most likely fall to Matthew Barzun, a tech exec who headed the president's national fund-raising operation.
