Last night, the fashion world let out a collective sigh of relief, possibly tinged with surprise, when Michelle Obama stepped out in Jason Wu, once again. The persimmon gown with cross-halter straps, which were fastened with a handmade diamond ring by Kimberly McDonald, was as free-flowing as Wu's 2009 off-the-shoulder version, but much more...red. Her shoes were from Jimmy Choo, though they stay pretty hidden while she's walking on air.

Above, find 360 degrees of Michelle Obama in Wu's design (or what would be 360 degrees if Barack didn't keep going in for smooches!), and look forward to a rousing Target collab. MObama might have just injected a little extra life into democratic collaborations.
