SoulCycle realizes that its classes can be a little intense for newbies, so the cycling studio has decided to pilot what it's calling a 101 series. Instead of just diving in to the dark, loud, intense cardio that is SoulCycle, 101 is a package of three 60-minute classes that "teach bike setup, form, and have two to three instructors for extra student attention."
