Exciting news from the future. At a ACM Interactive Tabletops and Surfaces 2013 Conference (which exists, btw), beauty tech designer Katia Vega revealed eyeshadow and eyelashes that can launch a drone when the wearer blinks. Though you have to wink like a drunk aunt at the holiday party while wearing the chemically metalized eyelashes, it's still kind of crazy to watch.

The demonstration also included a DJ session in which nails equipped with radio-frequency identification technology control thosebeats when fingertips are run over a tub of water. See the magic below.
