Today, Kate Middleton made her third planned appearance since gifting the world with a new royal. For the occasion, she dressed down by wearing a Smythe one-button blazer, a Ralph Lauren sweater, J Brand navy twill jeans and Stuart Weitzman for Russell and Bromley wedges, all of which she's worn before.

As the patron (saint) of the SportsAid organization, Kate dropped in on an athlete workshop at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic park to meet future British Olympians and their parents. The heels: Great for meeting the parents, not so great for showing off athletic prowess. The top: Great for showing off a perfectly-toned stomach three months after giving birth. Another Middleton win.
