Lucky Magazine's newly minted editor-in-chief Eva Chen sat down with The New Potato in Paris recently to discuss breakfast, lunch and last meals. It was there that Chen shared a food secret of certified busy women, which was bestowed upon her by fellow girl crush Jenna Lyons. It's revolutionary:
[Jenna] once told me that the secret to busy women is to eat soup, because you can drink with one hand and work with the other. When she told me this five or six years ago I was like 'That's genius: Soup!' And ever since I think, 'I'm going to have soup for lunch, because Jenna Lyons told me to have soup.' And then I saw her at a party recently and I said 'I don't know if you remember, you gave me this tip about soup and it changed my life.' And she was like?'What are you talking about?'There you have it: Soup. Head to The New Potato for more windows into the life of Eva Chen. You'll learn about the breakfast she eats every day, her obsession with green tea and the fact that Zara is her "happy place."
