Second Half of J.Crew's November Style Guide Full of Brit Knits

The Pinterest-crazy folks at J.Crew have released a second batch of November Style Guide images. Unlike yesterday's ladies, who were dressed in sporty attire and shot in a studio, these women match the men's shots in English countryside. The images are horse-filled and uppercrusty British, a sly move on J.Crew's part as they ease their way into England's subconscious.

As for the styling, there are fewer crystal-bedecked pieces and rich knitwear takes front and center, either standing alone or layered beneath color-saturated blazers, field jackets or toggled pea coats. Both shoots—the British one and the sporty one—show very limited print mixing, which contrasts their spring fashion week gung ho mix-and-match perspective. It's a much cleaner, and storied, look than the September guide. See all the images below and let us know if they struck the right chord.
