Jeremy Scott, the LA-based designer best known for batshit crazy, cartoon-y, and intentionally controversial runways, tweeted this afternoon that he's officially the creative director of Moschino. His first collection will be the thirty year old brand's Fall 2014 show in February, and he'll also continue at the helm of his eponymous label.
Scott's streetwear has cultivated a celebrity following that includes Cara Delevingne, Rihanna, Rita Ora, A$AP Rocky, Nicki Minaj, etc., ad infinitum. And Moschino, once known for being cheeky and young, stands to profit from some shaking up.
