Miley Cyrus may have won Halloween this year, but the award for having the most fun has to go to Matt Lauer. Lauer hypnotized and surprised Today show audiences this morning with his costume: a reproduction of Pamela Anderson's classic Baywatch look with long blond hair and a skimpy red one-piece. He didn't just stand around and pose in it, either—there was slow running and then, there was a lot of dancing.
