Fab's chief operating officer Beth Ferreira is rumored to have already received hers.

The official statement offered to Forbes reads:

With regards to the rumors [of more layoffs], it is accurate that Fab is undergoing management changes as we realign the business to execute on our 2014-2017 plan. There will be a number of management changes involved as we streamline the organization and move to a category P&L [profit and loss] based structure.
The dead-and-buried flash sale model of was the reason behind the first round of lay-offs, but the company won't say exactly who's to follow. If cofounder Bradford Shellhammer's stepping down is any indication, this week could prove surprising down at Fab HQ.
