Today in depressing news, seven immigrant workers were killed Sunday in Prato, Italy when a fire tore through their makeshift cardboard dormitories located inside the factories where they toiled. The laborers, all Chinese, are part of a large undocumented group 'working in conditions of near-slavery' in Italy. WSWS reports that Dolce & Gabbana, Prada and Gucci all have operations in the area.
