Goop's Michael Kors Collab in Order of Most to Least Expensive

New, 2 comments

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Gwyneth Paltrow isn't terribly concerned with affordability on her lifestyle-site-turned-designer-collaboration-showcase Goop. Price takes a backseat to things like materials and designer name. See, for example, the Stella McCartney "greatest hits" collab. But the new Michael Kors collection really outdoes itself in the quest to put your credit card out of commission. There's a $2,595 sweater (sorry, cape), among other mindboggingly expensive items. Gwyneth pitches them as closet essentials, saying, "What I love about them is that they are true investment pieces, tried and tested." Are you sold? Take a look at the full roster below.

Even if we ultimately forgo the sweater-cape for the holidays, we'll take seven drunk icecreams, please:
