The hair accessory you thought would never come back, the scrunchie, is coming back. Yes, that's correct. It's been spotted in the wild on stylish types like Prince Harry's rumored BF Cressida Bonas and model Cara Delevingne, and recently cropped up in Rag & Bone's pre-fall lookbook, where it enjoyed top (ha) billing on several models. "Are they back?" asked blogger Garance Doré of the scrunchies, which complimented sporty black-and-white ensembles.
It was a notable departure from the brand's NYFW show in September, where models wore their hair super-slicked and parted down the middle, as well as from their resort looks, which featured mercifully normal, slightly disheveled hair. Is anyone out there going to try doing a style scrunchie, or can we all agree to let this one pass?
