Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The show notes read "DKNY has its way with iconic classics," which is true if by "classics," they mean "DKNY in that '90s." If you need a refresher on what that looks like, check out Opening Ceremony's reissued pieces from the time (sadly Cara Delevingne's multiple tiny buns did not reappear on the runway). There were bomber jackets of varying lengths but uniformly oversized; there were sporty dresses updated with shockingly bright and feminine colors; and there were. so. many. cheetah prints. The big win for Donna Karan was that not a single piece looked out-of-date (although cheetah turtleneck midi came real close). Check it out after the jump.
