For the second season, Prabal Gurung worked with Italian footwear brand Casadei to create shoes for his collection. And since his Fall 2013 line was inspired by war themes, the footwear follows suit. Calfskin, patent, and croc-embossed leather in black and army green and vertiginous stiletto heels and buckle details for a mash up of utilitarian and ultra feminine. Gurung told Style.com that he wanted to make "utilitarian, masculine footwear feminine and sexy."

"I took elements from the military wardrobe, like linear knee-high boots with gold straps and buckles, and interpreted these details in extremely feminine styles," Cesare Casadei added. Take a closer look in the gallery after the jump.
