Carolina Herrera did what Carolina Herrara does best: Old Hollywood looks in the form of stunning gowns. Let's go with Katherine Hepburn as a style icon here on account of the easy pantsuits and exaggerated shoulders and peg the year of inspiration sometime in the '40s what with the cinched waists and the centered-parted hair pinned in tight rolls. A print in what looks like a sea urchin-dandelion hybrid was a reoccurring motif throughout. Take a look after the jump and get some vintage inspiration.
