Narciso Rodriguez jumped back into footwear market after a five year hiatus last fall season, but the shoes retail at the high-end price-ponts of $795 to $1,295. What's the likelihood that he'll jump into a more democratically priced market a la his collection at Kohl's? He told WWD, he's game "if the right opportunity arises. I'm very open to things, and I always say, 'never say never.' Ultimately, a designer wants to dress as many people as possible and make his work available to many people.
