Zac Posen might be blowing up thanks to Project Runway and The Face, plus his new contemporary label Zac Zac Pose, but in some ways his Fall 2013 show scaled back. He showed in a smaller space (albeit the "smaller space" was New York's Plaza Hotel) and he even threw in some "casual" pants, a rare object in the designer's oeuvre. But besides those two caveats, everything was the usual dressed-up, rich, and old-hat Posen: For every piece that erred on the side of old lady (this time with soutache embroidery!), there was a smartly constructed gown with an hourglass figure that would make bombshells out of any red carpet walker. Take a look after the jump.
