Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Marc by Marc Jacobs—designerMarc Jacobs' pared-down, more affordable line—took a page out of the '70s handbook for Fall 2013. A muted palette of muddied oranges, burgundies, and blues set the stage in retro prints and simple seperates, while cropped trousers and voluminous coats kept the silhouettes modern. It's a collection that's mercifully wearable in real life, even with all the disco-era nods. Check it out after the jump.
