Honor is Valentine's-Ready With Loads of Pink and Hearts

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Anything you pluck off of Honor's fall 2013 runway would be fitting for a date a whole lot sooner: Valentine's Day. If you only had connects like that. (We saw Tennessee Thomas at the presentation—she might have connects like that.)

Pinks ranging from pale to plum rendered in foiled jacquards, wool bouclé, and tonal beading dominated the first portion of the show. Next came a wave of black and white looks with clever heart-shaped color block and pops of mint. The collection was rounded out with deep blue and eggplant hued evening options including a striped crop top and floor-length skirt combo. And everyone wore flats.
