The British social networking site Friends Reunited is all about cashing in on nostalgia, especially since they encourage users to share their memories from a time before Facebook existed. Now, they're giving you one more way to connect with the past—a line of perfumes inspired by decades gone by. The three fragrances are supposed to evoke the '70s (actual gold glitter and "changing room musk"), '80s (shredded up money and a surprising lack of cocaine), and '90s (think Spice Girls meet Baywatch). The fragrances are called Night Fever, Vice (as in "Miami"), and Take Spice, respectively.
But what will the inevitable '00s—er, sorry, "noughties"—followup scent smell like? Our picks: some Harry Potter-inspired every flavor beans and dust from a recycled generation-one iPod.
