Joanna Coles fired most of the old Cosmopolitan staff when she came on board just a couple months ago, so its no surprise changes in content are going down. She told The Cut that she doesn't want the mag to be about pleasing men anymore: "And we are about women feeling proud of any choice they make. The issue is when you make a choice own it, and if it's a mistake, then move on." Coles also must be extending the new philosophy to the very man friendly clothing choices, since the 10 year Cosmo fashion director vet is out as well. [The Cut]
