It's all over. The votes are in and Kate Moss has won...2013 Hat Person of the Year. Not only does such an award exist, but there's an entire association developed around it called The Headwear Association. And if those two facts aren't awesome enough, the Headwear Association congratulated Moss's victory by saying, "Hats off to you, Ms Moss. Your style is impeccable." Who are these people? Please allow them to tell you: THA president Stephanie Carter explained, "Each year, the 104-year-old Headwear Association selects individuals renowned for wearing hats with signature style. The six chosen to be inducted into the 2013 Headwear Hall of Fame are all known for frequently wearing hats and have all elevated the visibility of the headwear category."

This year's Hall of Fame inductees are Hugh Jackman, Nicole Kidman, Tom Waits and Rachel Zoe. Carey Grant and Josephine Baker will also get the posthumous nod. While Moss won with 40% of the votes, Bruno Mars took a very close second place with 38% of the votes (he's done wonders for the fedora). Anne Hathaway came in third with 14% of votes.
