Lulu Guinness, the English designer import and OBE honoree, has descended on JC Penney for a second round of handbags, shoppable now, as a part of the department store's master plan to revamp its image and offerings. The handbag designer makes it easy to get your polka dots and/or lips motif on this spring, but if you want to go a little less unapologetically girly, there's also a shock of neon handbags in pinks, blue, and green. The bulk of the bags ring in at $30 to $45, but there's also a $22 handbag and several $50 to $65 totes and satchels. Take a look at the seriously large selection after the jump.
