JC Penney announced last week that Marchesa's Georgina Chapman will offer a rolling capsule collection called Pearl, which will live in the retailer's dress department in its own boutique beginning March 1, but it has already arrived online. As promised, there's a mix of prom-appropriate gowns along with less formal attire for a broad range of occasions with styles running from short '80s party dresses to jumpsuits. The first round of 38 pieces is heavy on the bows, tulle, lace, and peplums, and expect more of same as each of the 15 piece installments hit JCP on a monthly basis. As for pricing, tops and bottoms start at $50 while short frocks begin at $70 all the way up to a strapless ball gown for $250. Hop over the jump for a selection of the collection and head here to shop.
