Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The fashion industry might be losing their cool over the snow storm making its way into the city, but Marc Jacobs is having a different type of fashion emergency: His accessories haven't arrived. "We're missing bags, shoes, and two fabrics," company pres Robert Duffy explains. Also they're not being prima donnas about the whole business. They know that editors and important people might have to stick to a strict schedule:

We completely understand if people have to get on a plane to go to London. We're not expecting people to change those plans or other plans just for us. We are live streaming the show. Still, we recognize the significant inconvenience and are very sorry about the situation.
The show, which was originally scheduled for Monday, has been moved to Thursday, February 14 at 8pm. We consider this karma for imposing this on the world.
