Tommy Buckett for Garnier Fructis created the fun, bouncy hair for Kate Spade New York's Fall 2013 presentation on Friday, and the '70s are back, y'all. He describes the look at New York City meets high disco glam: "[It] was all about capturing the intense energy of Manhattan and the 'anything goes' vibe of Studio 54 in the '70s.
