Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Fashion journalist Robin Givhan is taking a breather from writing her book to leak details on Michelle Obama's rumored Vogue cover. Here's what she's got: the cover is happening for April (a.k.a. the shape issue) and the First Lady will be wearing American designer Reed Krakoff for the occasion.

Givhan also told the Post that photographer Annie Leibovitz "attempted to entice Obama into one of her trademark creative shoots she's employed for so many Hollywood celebrities," but no dice there. Pour some out for the naked Barack and Michelle cover that will never be and get excited for the April issue, images of which should be out any day now.
