Sadly our prayers in regards to the Louboutin vs. YSL red sole trademark lawsuit were not answered. The final verdict might have proclaimed Louboutin the victor in December but they've been arguing over trademark semantics since. It sounds like Louboutin tried to push its luck, but YSL got the final word re: contrasting colors. [The Fashion Law]
