Nick Wooster has emerged as the quotable quipper in the JCPenney revamp story. His latest revelation? He told WWD that JCP does "a really good job from 0 to 16 and then pick[s] them back up at menopause." Apparently, it's that in between demographic that's the sweet spot. [WWD]
