Gita Hall May, the Karlie Kloss of the '50s and '60s, is suing Mad Men for using her face from a Revlon ad in the opening credits. According to the suit, "The main titles were integral to the success of Mad Men" and the show's producers "have generated income in excess of $1 billion through exploitation of the series and its episodes."
