Comedy writer Bonnie Datt once bought a chainmail vest "for clubbing"—a purchase she later came to lament, once she realized that chainmail wasn't particularly slimming. Inspired by this, she now spends her spare time asking famous people to dish about purchases which they initially loved—but ended up regretting, for Buyer's Remorse.

With last night's premiere of All-Star Celebrity Apprentice, we thought it was a good time to check in with Ivana Trump and find out what Donald Trump's legendary ex, a woman who received what was obviously a very generous divorce settlement, regretted buying. Born in Czechoslovakia, Ivana was an Olympic skier and a model before she met Donald and became the mother to three Apprentice judges. The Buyer's Remorse story she shared with us illustrates the extreme financial highs and lows of her life.

Racked: Can you tell us about something you've had Buyer's Remorse about?

Ivana Trump: I never really make a mistake with the homes or huge investments. With clothes I have homes in Saint-Tropez and south of France, so I go and I buy them there.

Racked: Is there anything you can think of—lmaybe from when you were a teenager?

Ivana Trump: Oh no, no. I was always very careful because I was in a Communistic country. You really had to think about what you want to do and how you want to wear it and things like that. So I don't really recall anything. I know what I will tell you about. I make a mistake in buying lipsticks at airports. I don't have time in cities to go to Sephora or Bloomingdale's. So I buy my cosmetics when I'm waiting for airplanes when I'm going to Nice or going to Paris or London. The lights in the airports are so horrible that the lipsticks look absolutely fantastic and then I bring it home to normal light and I think, "Oh what did I do?"
