WWD is apparently live-tweeting the courtroom happenings during the Macy's vs JCPenney-Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (MSLO) case, which resumed this week after a month long hiatus. MSLO's lawyer is arguing that "there's not going to be a Martha Stewart store at JCPenney," thanks to the injunction in place, but unbranded home goods are fine. The judge, for his part, thinks his "spouse would be totally depressed that [he] know[s] all this stuff." [Twitter/@womensweardaily]
