Yasmin Nakhuda, the former owner of Darwin, a.k.a. Ikea Monkey a.k.a Canada's best dressed illegal pet, has a court date to make her case for getting him back. Nakhuda told the Toronto Sun, "We are basically going on the premise that possession of Darwin should be mine because my surrender was not voluntary." She added that she's willing to move to a province where its legal to own an exotic animal. Ahem: She's not monkeying around. [NYPost]
