Tracy Anderson's Paltrow-approved hits keep coming: First a celebrity driven workout empire, then dry bars, and now leggings. Four patterns comprise Anderson's first workout-pants line, including polka dot, "sparkly," and tartan. Careful, the abs plus tartan plus uncomfortably low hip-line might incite Gwen Stefani circa 1998 flashbacks.
Explaining herself, Anderson told WWD, "When you're exercising you're supposed to be able to not feel constricted. People show up in pants basically like Spanx, but that's not the appropriate way to allow for circulation and movement." Tracy's remedy? Put as little fabric as possible between the belly button and crotch. But wait. There's inseam gusset and flat seams to reduce chafing. So there's that. Get them here for $60 each.
