Kate Middleton has applied to trademark her official title, but not because she's looking to create a line of onesies or what have you. Rather, the family's charity, Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry, gets rights to the name for a range of goods possibly including in the future "clothing, footwear and headgear."
